### **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage service requests for data lines and process supplier invoices

* Support Line Managers with IT infrastructure services

* Handle SITA’s network and telecommunications provisioning

* Monitor and report on IT infrastructure service performance

* Maintain weekly updates on service requests

* Attend relevant meetings and produce reports

### **Minimum Requirements**

* **Education:** 3-year National Diploma/Degree (Office Admin, Business Management – NQF 6)

* **Experience:** 3–4 years in request fulfilment in corporate/public sector

* **Certifications:** ITIL Foundation (advantageous)

* **Skills:** WAN/LAN knowledge, ERP, PFMA, SLA & asset management, reporting
