* **Qualification:** National Diploma in a related field

* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Contract Management

* Knowledge of **FIDIC** and **NEC** contracts

* Familiar with **Project Management** and **Eskom Procurement Process**

* Excellent **negotiation**, **facilitation**, and **communication** skills

* Strong understanding of **Contract Management** and **Customer Relations**

* Ability to operate at **senior management** level

* Develop and select appropriate **contract strategies**

* Provide expert **advice pre- and post-tendering**

* Resolve **contract disputes** efficiently
