**Location:** Robertville, Roodepoort

**Department:** FSG Regional

### ✅ Minimum Requirements:

* Matric Certificate (credit control qualification preferred)

* 3+ years of hands-on credit control & reconciliation experience

* Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)

* Fluent in English

* Must have own reliable transport

* Must reside in or near Roodepoort

### 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

* Perform full credit control functions

* Manage collections in line with Fidelity’s credit policy

* Minimize bad debt and maintain healthy cash flow

* Achieve monthly collection targets

* Maintain accurate reconciliation and records
