### 🧠 Main Purpose of the Role

To lead the transformation of customer engagement and service excellence at CEDA. You'll be responsible for shaping customer strategies, improving service delivery, and promoting a customer-first mindset across the organization.

* Develop and implement customer experience strategies

* Map and optimize customer journeys

* Foster cross-functional collaboration

* Lead and grow the CX team

### 🎓 Requirements

* **Degree** in Business Admin, Marketing, Media, PR, or related field

* **6–8 years’** relevant management experience (3 years at senior level)

* Background in **banking or development finance** is essential
