St John’s Village is a growing residential estate and is looking for a competent and energetic **admin assistant** to join its management team. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional office environment and support estate operations.

## 🧠 Key Responsibilities

* Compile and manage large Excel spreadsheets

* Submit accounting/admin schedules to the managing agent

* Maintain organized and accurate records

* Type minutes of meetings

* Support the General Manager
