### **About the Learnership**  

Motus Aftermarket Parts (including Alert Engine Parts, Midas, and Parts Incorporated Africa) is looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 to join their 12-month **YES Learnership Programme**. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable work experience in locations such as **Goodwood, Ottery, George, Brackenfell, Bellville, Outeniqua**, and **Oudtshoorn**.

### **What You’ll Learn**  

You'll be trained in key operational areas including:  

- **Binning** and inventory control  

- **Picking** and order fulfillment  

- **Scanner control** and logistics  

- Warehouse operations and stock management  

### **Minimum Requirements**  

- Grade 12 / Matric certificate  

- Must be a South African citizen  

- Age: 18–25 years  

- Not currently studying or in another YES programme  

- Available to start immediately
