✔ **Grade 12 Certificate** (Matric)  

✔ **Computer literacy** is essential  

✔ Knowledge of the **Toyota Service Advisor System** (advantageous)  

✔ Strong **customer service** and interpersonal skills  

✔ Experience in a **similar position** is an advantage  

✔ **Own transport** to work  

✔ Knowledge of **Toyota vehicles** or technical expertise (advantageous)  

✔ Target-driven and a **team player**  

✔ **Non-smoker** preferred
