### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Administer HR policies and procedures in line with NHLS standards.  

- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and terminations.  

- Facilitate orientation, induction, and disciplinary processes.  

- Support national HR initiatives and compile monthly HR reports.  

- Handle student and registrar recruitment, as well as probation processes.  

- Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and performance systems.

### **Minimum Requirements:**  

- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)  

- HR Certificate (NQF Level 5)  

- 2 years’ experience in HR administration  

- Strong understanding of Labour Legislation & Industrial Relations  

- Knowledge of HR systems, Oracle, Payroll (advantageous)  

- Excellent admin, time management & communication skills  

- Valid driver’s licence
