## **Job Overview**  

As a **Millwright**, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment according to **engineering best practices**. The role requires the ability to **read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications** while ensuring the effective operation of plant equipment.  

### **Key Responsibilities**  

✔ Installation and maintenance of **electrical & mechanical equipment**  

✔ **Pump alignment** and troubleshooting  

✔ **Fault finding and problem-solving**  

✔ Conducting **inspections & checklists**  

✔ Working in a **team-oriented environment**  

## **Minimum Requirements**  

✅ **Grade 12 qualification**  

✅ **Red Seal Trade Test (Millwright)**  

✅ **N3 Mechanical & Electrical Certificate** (advantageous)  

✅ **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role

✔ **Attention to detail** and strong **problem-solving skills**  

✔ Ability to **work in a plant environment**  

✔ Understanding of **gearboxes, motors, MCCs, bearings, and pumps**  

✔ Strong knowledge of **manufacturing processes and project life cycles**
