### **Job Overview**

As a **Creditors Clerk**, you will play a key role in optimising cash flow by ensuring that payments to suppliers are made according to terms. You will manage and maintain GRIR and vendor ageing accounts while supporting the reconciliations process. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a leading company.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Manage supplier portfolios** and handle branch/supplier queries.

- **Reconcile invoices, statements**, and ERP systems.

- **Submit EFT payments** for supervisor approval before month-end.

- **Vendor age analysis** and ensuring timely payments.

- **Liaise with Procurement and Admin** teams to resolve GRIR issues.

- **Process payments**, manage expense claims, and verify documents.

- **Improve vendor relations** and maintain compliance with legal tax invoice regulations.

### **Qualifications & Experience**

- **Grade 12** is essential.

- Relevant **certificate or diploma** in finance/accounting.

- **3+ years** of experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel**, accounting software, and databases.

- Experience with both **local and foreign payments** is beneficial.

### **Skills & Personal Attributes**

- Strong **reconciliation skills**.

- **Accuracy and attention to detail**.

- Excellent **time-management and communication** skills.
