- Minimum **10 years' experience** in the steel industry  

- Confident and professional telephone manner  

- Comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers  

- Strong **sales, negotiation, and communication skills**  

- Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven  

- Honest, team player, able to work independently
