### **Key Responsibilities**

- Reconcile creditor statements in Excel with the General Ledger.  

- Resolve supplier queries such as pricing errors and delivery issues.  

- Ensure timely processing of payments and send contract invoices for approval.  

- Send remittances to suppliers post-payment and maintain payment accuracy.  

- Assist with data capturing and compile monthly creditors aging reports.

### **Minimum Requirements**

- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)  

- A diploma in Basic Accounting (advantageous)  

- 1–2 years experience in creditors/finance  

- Knowledge of MS Office and Oracle (preferred)  

- Strong numerical, communication, and time management skills  

- Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult clients
