### **About the Role**  

As a **PGM Specialist**, you'll be instrumental in site optimization, data analysis, R&D projects, and improving plant operations. Your main tasks will include:  

- Mineral balances and metallurgical accounting  

- Resource evaluation and technical plant support  

- Metallurgical test work and feasibility studies  

- Process optimization and troubleshooting  

- Leading plant trials and reporting  

### **Requirements**  

To qualify for this exciting **sajobs2025** opportunity, you need:  

- Grade 12 and a BTech Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering (Post-grad advantageous)  

- 7-10 years' experience on PGM flotation plants  

- Strong skills in PGM separation processes, metallurgical flows, and data analysis  

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure  

- A valid driver’s license and passport for travel
