### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Oversee Biologicals Unit, Animal Units & QC Departments  

- Ensure compliance with **GMP**, **GLP**, and **veterinary** standards  

- Drive innovation in biological processes and testing methods  

- Manage supplier contracts and budgets  

- Maintain client relationships and align operations with Total Quality Management  

- Research support, method validation, and SOP authorship  

### **Minimum Requirements**  

- **B.Pharm or BSc** in Health Sciences (Microbiology/Immunology preferred)  

- Registered with HPCSA or SAPC  

- **6 years of experience** in pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing  

- Strong knowledge of **GMP, GLP**, aseptic procedures, quality control, and validation  

- Computer literacy & advanced communication skills
