### **Who Can Apply?**  

- Black South African citizens operating in townships within Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, or North West.  

- Businesses must be formally registered with **CIPC** or operate as a Sole Proprietor.  

- Your business should be **51% or more Black-owned**, operational for **1-5 years**, and have an annual revenue between **R0-R5 million**.  

**Note:** Non-profits, NGOs, co-operatives, joint ventures, and Standard Bank staff are not eligible.

- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit  

- Proof of ID
