## **Position: Client Services Officer**
📍 **Location:** Eugene Marais Depot, Pretoria

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** with medical professionals and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage **marketing activities, CPD events, and wellness days**.
- Handle **supporter and patient complaints**, resolving queries professionally.
- Work closely with **managers, pathologists, and seniors** to drive growth.
- Promote and facilitate **IT platforms** for clients.
### **Requirements:**
✔️ Qualification in **Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field** (or 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare).
✔️ **Marketing qualification** (advantageous).
✔️ Valid **driver’s license and own vehicle**.
✔️ **Client service experience**, including networking and troubleshooting.
✔️ Knowledge of **pathology and medical terminology** (preferred).
✔️ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)**.
✔️ Experience with **PRISM, Point of Care, Accreditation Audits, and Client Feedback systems**.
✔️ **Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills**.
✔️ Ability to work **under pressure, solve problems creatively, and meet deadlines**.
✔️ Fluent in **English and Afrikaans**.
