### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Process customer orders and provide accurate pricing  

- Assist clients via phone, WhatsApp, and in person  

- Route incoming calls via the switchboard  

- Prepare, pack, and load customer orders  

- Create quotes, stock transfers, and GRVs  

- Deliver excellent customer service

- Retail or wholesale experience (advantageous)  

- Strong multitasking and communication skills  

- Familiarity with meat products and pricing
