### Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision & Leadership:** Oversee the activities of subcontractors and staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

- **Task Delegation:** Provide clear direction and delegate tasks to team members for optimal productivity.

- **Quality & Safety Focus:** Enforce rigorous standards for quality control and safety regulations on site.

- **Project Management:** Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to construction specifications.

- **Equipment & Material Management:** Supervise the use of materials and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely availability.

- **Staff Training:** Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the team.

### Qualifications & Requirements:

- **National Diploma in Civil Engineering** or equivalent qualification.

- **10+ years’ experience** within the civil or construction industry with verifiable references.

- **Valid Driver’s License** and own reliable vehicle.

- Proficient in **reading and interpreting construction drawings** and setting out work.

- **Experience with Earthworks & Roadworks** is essential.

- Strong understanding of **construction procedures, equipment**, and health & safety regulations.

- **Excellent leadership and communication skills** to motivate and manage a diverse team.
