### **Job Summary**  

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of The Diamond Dome facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a pleasant environment for our guests and staff, helping ensure a positive and efficient operation.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

**Cleaning & Facility Maintenance**  

- Perform daily cleaning of floors, carpets, restrooms, office spaces, and event areas to ensure cleanliness.  

- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste, including recyclables.  

- Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, and conference tables to prevent the spread of germs.  

- Restock toiletries, paper towels, soap dispensers, and other cleaning supplies in restrooms and common areas.  

- Perform deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures periodically, especially after large events or high-traffic days.  

- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance.  

- Assist with minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and reporting damaged equipment or furniture.  

**Event Support**  

- Ensure event spaces (conference halls, meeting rooms, and breakout areas) are clean and presentable before, during, and after events.  

- Assist with event setup by arranging chairs, tables, and other furniture according to the event layout.  

- Provide on-demand cleaning services during events, managing restroom cleanliness and addressing spills or emergencies.  

- Help with post-event cleanup to ensure a quick turnaround for the next booking.

**Health, Safety & Sustainability**  

- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.  

- Identify and report any potential hazards (e.g., slippery floors, broken fixtures).  

- Implement sustainable cleaning practices using eco-friendly products and minimizing water and energy waste.  

- Support waste reduction initiatives, including recycling programs and responsible disposal of materials.  

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors and staff.

### **Job Requirements**  

- Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning services.  

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.  

- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.  

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.  

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.  

- Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
