## **Job Description**  

As a **Technical Support Specialist**, your role will involve:  

✔ Installing, configuring, and maintaining **hardware, software, networking, and telephony systems**.  

✔ Providing **onsite first-line IT support** to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.  

✔ Troubleshooting IT issues and supporting **Netcare-approved applications, systems, and software**.  

✔ Supporting essential platforms such as **Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Windows Print & File Services, SAP GUI, PABX, and SCCM**.  

✔ Ensuring IT operations comply with **Netcare’s policies and methodologies** to maintain efficiency and security.  


## **Minimum Requirements**  

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:  

✔ **Matric certificate (or equivalent NQF Level qualification).**  

✔ **Diploma/Degree in Information Technology.**  

✔ Experience in **IT support, networking, and system administration** is an advantage.
