## **Job Details – Social Worker Position**  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

✅ Provide **social work services** in the **substance abuse** and **psychiatric** fields  

✅ Conduct **case work and group work** sessions  

✅ Manage and maintain **accurate case records**  

✅ Collaborate with a **multi-disciplinary team**  

✅ Liaise with various **role-players** to provide holistic care  

### **Minimum Requirements:**  

✔️ **Qualification:** 4-year **B. Soc Degree in Social Work**  

✔️ **Registration:** Must be registered with **SACSSP**  

✔️ **Private Practice:** Must have a **Practice Number** in **Private Social Work Practice**  

✔️ **Additional Registrations:** Registered with **BFH and PCNS**  

✔️ **Experience:** At least **2-3 years in the substance abuse field and psychiatry**  

✔️ **Language Skills:** Bilingual – **English and Afrikaans**  

✔️ **Technical Skills:** Computer literacy, excellent word processing, and record-keeping skills  

✔️ **Other Requirements:** Valid **driver's license**
