- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills  

✅ **Personal Attributes:**

- Able to **work under pressure** and handle emergencies  

- **Flexible to work after hours**, including **night shifts** when required  

- Willing to **respond to security and safety call-outs**
