## **Position: Payroll Administrator**  

📍 **Location:** Midlands Specialist Private Hospital

### **Minimum Requirements:**  

✔ **2+ years of experience** in payroll and remuneration  

✔ **Proficiency in SAGE VIP Premier Payroll** and payroll system management for a large company  

✔ Experience with **Biometric Management Systems**  

✔ **Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management** (advantageous)  

✔ **Experience in a private hospital environment** (advantageous)  

### **Key Skills & Competencies:**  

✅ **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**  

✅ **Proficiency in MS Office Suite** (Excel skills will be tested)  

✅ **Attention to detail and accuracy**  

✅ **Ability to take initiative and work independently**  

✅ **Strong organizational and scheduling skills**  

✅ **Deadline-driven and able to multitask**  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

📌 Capturing and processing payroll  

📌 Preparing monthly reports  

📌 Handling all payroll-related operational duties  

📌 Ensuring compliance with **POPIA regulations**
