## **Job Purpose**
The **Packaging Inventory Clerk** will manage **raw material (RM) inventory** within the **logistics supply chain** while ensuring compliance with quality standards and governance processes. You will be responsible for accurate stock movement, investigation of discrepancies, and **maintaining SAP inventory records**.

## **Key Responsibilities**
As a **Packaging Inventory Clerk**, your daily duties will include:
✅ **Inventory Management:** Ensuring all raw materials are correctly stored, counted, and rotated per **VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) standards**.
✅ **SAP Data Entry:** Blocking obsolete stock, updating inventory counts, and reconciling differences in SAP.
✅ **Stock Quality Control:** Conducting independent stock counts, ensuring all raw materials meet quality and freshness standards.
✅ **Loss Prevention & Waste Management:** Managing stock salvages, decanting obsolete stock, and processing breakages in SAP.
✅ **Supply Chain Coordination:** Monitoring **budget vs actual costs** and processing claims on time.
✅ **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensuring all stock transactions are well-documented and comply with company policies.
✅ **Safety & Security:** Conducting **risk assessments, managing safety permits (PTW), and overseeing warehouse security checks**.

## **Required Qualifications & Skills**
To qualify for this role, you need:
✔ **Education:** National Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
✔ **Experience:** 2-3 years in a **Stock Control environment**.
✔ **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of **stock control processes**, SAP, and MS Office.
✔ **Additional Skills:** Strong **attention to detail**, problem-solving ability, and **good communication skills**.
✔ **Other Requirements:** Forklift License (**FLT Driver**) is a plus.
