## **Job Overview**  

As a **Junior IT Technician**, you will provide IT support to staff, ensuring smooth operations across **Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, hardware troubleshooting, laptop setups, and network support**.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Helpdesk Support:** Handle IT-related queries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.  

- **User Support:** Assist employees with **MS Office 365, OneDrive**, and other software-related concerns.  

- **Hardware Troubleshooting & Upgrades:** Diagnose and repair **laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware**.  

- **Remote IT Assistance:** Provide remote support to employees working offsite.  

- **Network Support:** Assist with basic **network troubleshooting**, resolving **connectivity issues**, and installing **network hardware on remote sites**.  

- **Stock Management:** Conduct regular **IT inventory checks and stock takes**.  

- **Customer Service & Communication:** Ensure **prompt and professional assistance** to all staff members.  

## **Required Qualifications & Experience**  

✔️ A relevant **qualification in Information Technology**  

✔️ **3 years of IT experience** (preferred but not mandatory)  

✔️ **Valid driver’s license & own vehicle** (essential for remote support tasks)
