**Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Officer - The Diamond Dome**

**Position Overview**


As a Sales & Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new business development, customer relationship management, and impactful marketing strategies. **Responsibilities**


**Client Engagement & Customer Experience**

- Ensure excellent client service by addressing inquiries, providing venue tours, and assisting with bookings.

- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client events.

- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

- Develop loyalty programs, referral incentives, and client appreciation initiatives.

- Handle client concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.


**Strategic Planning & Reporting**

- Assist in setting revenue goals and marketing budgets in alignment with company objectives.

- Analyze performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to optimize future strategies.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales and marketing activities.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging marketing tools.


**Sales & Business Development**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive venue bookings and corporate partnerships.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Diamond Dome's event spaces and services.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for growth.


**Marketing & Branding**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce promotional materials.

- Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

- Oversee advertising efforts, including online, print, and sponsorship opportunities.

- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and mailing lists.

- Identify and engage brand ambassadors, influencers, and media partners to enhance exposure.


**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and branding.

- Proficiency in CRM software, social media marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry trends.

- Valid Driver's License.
