### **Requirements:**

- **Valid Driver’s License:** Must have a reliable means of transportation.

- **Experience:** A minimum of **4 years** in the industry (apprenticeships are not available).

- **Verifiable References:** Ensure references are available for prior work.

- **Skills:**  

  - **Drawing Interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  - **Welding Expertise:** Must have advanced welding skills.

  - **Plasma Profiling (Advantageous):** Additional skills in plasma profiling will be an advantage.
