## **Job Title: School Bursar & Personal Assistant to the Principal**
### **Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
✅ **Financial Administration:**
- **SAGE** expertise (essential) – payroll, budget planning, petty cash, creditors, and account reconciliation.
- **Simple Pay** – managing payroll efficiently.
- **Microsoft Office** proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✅ **Administrative Duties:**
- Taking **minutes at meetings** and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Managing **SASAMS** (School Administration System for South African schools).
- **Personal Assistant duties** – supporting the Principal with scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
### **Ideal Candidate Traits:**
