### **Job Description**  

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful ICT professional with a **"Can Do" attitude** and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience managing **multiple incidents, service requests, and problem resolution** within an **IT service desk environment**.  

#### **Key Responsibilities:**  

✔️ Deliver **1st-line support** for calls received via the active **service desk**  

✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve **software, hardware, and application-related issues**  

✔️ Accurately log calls and escalate to **2nd-line support** when required  

✔️ Track outstanding queries to ensure resolution within SLA timelines  

✔️ Provide system-related advice and attend meetings for **technical input**  

✔️ Monitor **web applications and system performance**, identifying business trends  

✔️ Assist with **knowledge base documentation and customer training**

## **Job Requirements**  

✔️ **Education & Certifications:**  

   - **Grade 12 (Matric)**  

   - **IT Diploma** OR **A+ and N+ Certifications**  

   - **Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)**  

   - **ITIL V4 Certificate**  

   - **Valid Driver’s License**  

✔️ **Experience:**  

   - **5+ years** in **first-line IT support**  

   - Strong knowledge of **Microsoft 365**, **Windows installation**, and **database management**  

   - Experience managing **SLA performance and customer feedback**
