# **Heitha Staffing Group: Recruitment for Unemployed Youth in Basic Education**

The **Heitha Staffing Group** is recruiting unemployed youth for the latest phase of the **Basic Education Employment Initiative (BEEI)**. ## **Available Positions**  

### **1. Education Assistant (EA) – Matric Required**  

If you have **Matric (Grade 12)**, you can apply for the following Education Assistant roles:  

- **Reading Champions** – Help improve literacy among students.  

- **E-Cadres** – Assist with digital learning and technology in schools.  

- **Curriculum Assistants** – Support teachers with lesson planning and administration.  

- **Care and Support Assistants (CSA)** – Focus on student well-being and safety.  

💡 **Preference will be given to candidates with tertiary qualifications, especially in Education.**  

### **2. General School Assistant (GSA) – No Matric Required**  

If you don’t have Matric, you can still apply for these positions:  

- **Sports & Enrichment Assistants** – Help with physical education and extracurricular activities.  

- **Handymen or Handywomen** – Assist with maintenance and repairs at schools.  

## **Who Can Apply?**  

✔️ **South African citizens aged 18-34 years old**  

✔️ Must have a **South African bank account**  

✔️ Must live **within 5km** of an urban school or **within 30km** of a rural or farm school  

✔️ Open to candidates who participated in **Phase I, II, III, or IV** of the initiative
