## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Half-Day Debtors’ Clerk**, you will be responsible for:  

✔️ **Managing the full accounts receivable process**, ensuring timely collections across all debtor categories in line with school policies.  

✔️ **Processing monthly billing and recoveries**, including generating and distributing invoices and statements for staff and sundry debtors.  

✔️ **Performing administrative duties**, ensuring deadlines are met, and collection targets are achieved.  

✔️ **Handling petty cash control**, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial integrity.  

## **Required Qualifications & Experience**  

✔️ **Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Accounting**  

✔️ Relevant financial or bookkeeping qualifications (advantageous)  

✔️ **Minimum of 3 years' experience in a debtors' function** within a corporate, office, or school environment  

✔️ Strong knowledge of **debt collection processes**  

✔️ **Proficiency in Pastel Partner** and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

✔️ **Strong communication skills** – both verbal and written  

✔️ Excellent **customer service orientation**  

✔️ High attention to detail and accuracy  

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
