## **Key Responsibilities**  


### **1. Administration & Budgeting**  

- Managing invoices and payments within the departmental budget.  

- Preparing and analyzing budget variation reports.  

- Reviewing vendor contracts, KPIs, and SLAs for compliance.  

- Submitting daily reports to senior management.  


### **2. Health & Safety Compliance**  

- Conducting **risk assessments** and reporting incidents.  

- Ensuring **compliance with health & safety regulations**.  

- Coordinating **fire prevention and workplace safety training**.  

- Investigating **workplace accidents and emergency incidents**.  


### **3. Employee & Operations Management**  

- Managing **facilities personnel, security, and transport services**.  

- Overseeing **building maintenance, space allocation, and renovations**.  

- Ensuring **outsourced security and contractors meet performance standards**.  


### **4. Procurement & Compliance**  

- Negotiating **supplier contracts** and ensuring **BBBEE compliance**.  

- Managing **procurement of equipment** in line with the budget.  


## **Job Requirements**  


### **Qualifications:**  

✔ **National Senior Certificate** (Essential)  

✔ **National Diploma in Health & Safety / Facilities Management** (Essential)  


### **Experience:**  

✔ **5+ years** in Administration & Facilities Management  


### **Skills & Competencies:**  

✔ **Valid Code EB Driver’s License**  

✔ **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Intermediate**  

✔ **Strong negotiation, decision-making, and attention to detail skills**
