- **Position:** Administrator: Grants Implementation

- **Salary:** R25 963 per month
- **Contract Type:** Fixed-Term (6 Months)
- **Location:** Head Office
### **🎯 Job Purpose**
As an **Administrator in the Grants Management Unit**, you will provide **efficient and effective administrative support** to ensure smooth operations.
## **Key Responsibilities**
Your daily tasks will include:
✔️ Liaising with internal stakeholders on **grant payments and processes** to keep regional offices informed.
✔️ Updating **project contract information and performance** on the commitment register.
✔️ Communicating **project timelines** with regional offices for proper service alignment.
✔️ Preparing **RFI documents** for internal and external audits.
✔️ Uploading project documents (e.g., **MoAs, payment evidence**) on TPIMS and SharePoint.
✔️ Collating financial documents for **review and approvals**.
✔️ Preparing memos and **MoA Addendums** for change requests.
✔️ Ensuring **payment requisitions** are accurate and align with policies and procedures.
✔️ Capturing **discretionary grants claims** on the tracking register to maintain updated records.
## **📚 Required Qualifications & Experience**
To qualify for this position, you need:
✅ **Education:** A **3-year National Diploma (NQF 6)** in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ **Experience:** At least **1 year of administrative experience** in Grants Management or Finance.
