## **What You'll Do**  


### **Showroom & Inventory Management**  

- Maintain and organize the LA HQ showroom and product closet.  

- Coordinate product distribution for PR activities, including stylists, influencers, and media pulls.  

- Handle showroom presentation, inventory tracking, and gift mailers for collection launches.  


### **Event Planning & Coordination**  

- Manage events from start to finish, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.  

- Oversee guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event reports.  


### **Media & PR Relations**  

- Monitor media for brand promotion opportunities.  

- Build strong relationships with editors, influencers, and publications.  

- Work closely with PR agencies to track and report media placements.  


### **Administrative Support**  

- Maintain inventory records and vendor contracts.  

- Prepare PR materials such as media backgrounders, fact sheets, and event run-of-shows.  

- Update the Brand PR calendar in collaboration with internal marketing teams.  


## **What You Need to Succeed**  

✔ **2-4+ years** of experience in fashion PR or marketing.  

✔ Knowledge of **showroom management tools** (e.g., Mayvien).  

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a **fast-paced environment**.  

✔ Social media proficiency (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).  

✔ Bonus: Experience in event project management and budget tracking.
