To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

- Must comply with **FICA and FAIS Acts**  

- **NQF 4 FAIS Qualification** (Legislative requirement)  

- **RE Accreditation** (Regulatory requirement)  

- **NCA Accreditation** (Compulsory for credit-related transactions)  

- **CPD Hours** (Continuing Professional Development) – Must be up to date  

✅ **Skills & Experience:**  

- In-depth knowledge of the **Finance & Insurance industry**  

- Strong ability to negotiate **profitable deals**  

- **Excellent selling skills** to maximize transaction value  

- **Proven track record** in a similar position within the **motor dealership industry**
