## **Job Title:** Data Capturer  

**Location:** Isipingo Hospital – Pharmacy Division

### **Purpose of the Position**  

The Data Capturer will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining relevant **patient information** and pharmacy-related data to ensure smooth hospital operations.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Invoice Management:** Capture all **dispensary, surgical stores, and theatre invoices** accurately.  

- **Stock Transfers:** Process **all transfers in and out**, including **ward drug transfers**.  

- **Data Entry & Coding:** Request and update **Nappi codes** on iQest, ensuring correct stock coding.  

- **Stock Management:** Assist with **stock take preparation and execution** and manage the **stock master**.  

- **Supplier & Credit Notes:** Initiate **supplier upliftment** and capture **all credit notes**.  

- **General Admin:** Prepare invoices for **Goods Received Notes (GRNs)** and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

## **Minimum Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)**  

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:  

✅ **Matric certificate (Grade 12)**  

✅ **Computer literacy** (proficiency in Microsoft Office)  

✅ **1-2 years of experience** in a **hospital or retail** setting (private hospital experience is a plus)  

✅ Ability to **work under pressure** and meet deadlines  

✅ **Willingness to work shifts** as required  

🔹 **Advantageous Qualifications:**  

- **Pharmacist Assistant (Basic or Post-Basic) qualification**  

- Experience using **Delta 9, Surgicom, and Unisolv** software
