- **Paterson Grade:** C-Lower
- **Salary Range:** R159 100 – R302 200 per annum
## **Minimum Requirements**
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
✅ A **degree or diploma** in **Finance, Compliance, or Legal** fields
✅ **At least 2 years of experience** in a **Regulatory or Credit industry**
✅ Prior experience in **complaints and dispute resolution processes** (advantageous)
## **Key Responsibilities**
As a **Complaints Officer**, your role will include:
✔ Evaluating complaints related to non-compliance with the **National Credit Act**
✔ Implementing internal complaints handling policies and procedures
✔ Ensuring a high standard of quality work in all processes
✔ Writing reports on complaint investigations
✔ Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
✔ Participating in team activities to improve customer satisfaction and department performance
