✅ The Minister of Public Works & Infrastructure will **reappoint one-third of existing board members**
✅ Shortlisted nominees will undergo a **screening process**
In line with **transformation objectives**, the Minister will consider **geographical representation, race, gender, and inclusivity**, particularly for **women, youth, and persons with disabilities**.

All nominations must be **submitted in writing** on the prescribed form (available on the website) and must include:

✔ **Motivation letter** (max **1 page**, font **10**) explaining why the nominee is the best fit for the role
✔ **Short CV** (max **2 pages**, font **10**) including:

- Qualifications, experience, skills
- Names and contact details of **at least two references**
✔ **Certified copies of qualifications** (shortlisted candidates only)
✔ **SAQA Certificate of Evaluation** (for nominees with foreign qualifications)
