## **About the Role**

As a **Call Centre Administration Clerk**, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks that support AVBOB’s external call centres. Your role will involve processing client requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with call centre operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- Facilitate daily administrative requests from external call centres.

- Communicate with call centres and clients professionally and efficiently.

- Process administrative tasks such as policy additions, reinstatements, and debit order changes.

- Ensure accuracy in policy updates and corrections.

- Provide voice recordings and feedback for complaint resolution.

- Distribute non-payment and lapse data to call centres monthly.

- Generate policy quotations and provide client information as needed.

- Assist in resolving departmental issues with clients and third parties.

- Maintain records of voice logs and administrative changes.

- Participate in collaboration meetings and report to management.

## **Requirements**

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- **Education**: Grade 12 (Matric)

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience (Long-term insurance experience is an advantage).

- **Skills**:

- Call centre experience (preferred)

- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
