## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Trainee Endmaker – End Plant**, you will:  

✔️ Operate and set up machinery to meet production targets.  

✔️ Ensure all quality standards are met during manufacturing.  

✔️ Perform routine maintenance and address minor machine breakdowns.  

✔️ Conduct regular equipment checks to maintain efficiency.  

✔️ Take full ownership of assigned machinery to optimize performance.  

✔️ Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.

## **Who Should Apply?**  

To excel in this role, candidates should have:  

✅ A **recognized artisan qualification** (N3 with a **Fitter, Fitter & Turner, or Toolmaker** certificate).  

✅ Willingness to **work shifts and overtime** when required.  

✅ Strong **problem-solving and decision-making** skills.  

✅ The ability to work effectively under pressure.  

✅ A **self-motivated** attitude with good interpersonal skills.  

✅ Prior **experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment** (advantageous).
