✔ Lead and manage store operations to ensure **sales growth and profitability**.  

✔ Provide **exceptional customer service** and foster strong customer relationships.  

✔ Train and guide your team on **product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies**.  

✔ Ensure proper **stock control and inventory management**.  

✔ Maintain store displays according to company **visual merchandising standards**.  

✔ Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth store functionality.  

✔ Drive sales by creating and capitalizing on **selling opportunities**.  

## **Requirements:**  

✅ **Retail Management Qualification** & Matric Certificate required.  

✅ **2-3 years of retail management experience** (preferably in **furniture, appliances & beds**).  

✅ Strong understanding of **customer service and sales strategies**.  

✅ Ability to **multi-task in a fast-paced environment**.  

✅ Knowledge of **stock control, administrative processes, and operational procedures**.  

✅ Must be based in **Port Shepstone or surrounding areas**.
