✔ **Retail Management Qualification** & **Matric Certificate** required  

✔ **2-3 years of retail management experience** (preferably in **furniture, appliances, and bedding**)  

✔ Strong customer service and **relationship-building skills**  

✔ Ability to **proactively drive sales** by identifying selling opportunities  

✔ Capability to train and develop your team on **products, promotions, and store display guidelines**  

✔ **Hands-on experience in stock control and store administration**  

✔ Ability to **multi-task** in a fast-paced retail environment  

✔ Strong **leadership skills** to ensure team productivity and store profitability  

✔ Understanding of **operational processes, policies, and procedures**  

## **Location Preference:**
