## **Job Requirements**  

### **Minimum Qualifications:**  

✔ **Vocational qualification** (per QCTO) – one level higher than the subject being facilitated  

✔ **Facilitation qualification** or equivalent  

✔ **ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices)** or equivalent (advantageous)  

✔ A qualification in **Business Administration, Management, or Generic Management**  

### **Minimum Experience:**  

✔ **3-5 years** of experience in **Human Resource Development (HRD)** / **Training & Development**  

✔ **3-5 years** of experience in **Learning & Development** (OBE, SETA, NQF)  

✔ **3-5 years** of facilitation experience in:  

   - **Business Administration NQF 3**  

   - **Management NQF 3**  

   - **Generic Management NQF 4**
