## **Job Requirements**  

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following **minimum requirements**:  

✔ **Education:** Grade 12 (Matric) required. A **Diploma or Certificate in Transport Management** is an added advantage.  

✔ **Experience:** At least **three years of experience** in a transport-related role, with **supervisory experience**.  

✔ **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with **radio transmission communication systems**.  

✔ **Licensing:** Valid **Driver’s License** with a **PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)**.  

✔ **Industry Knowledge:** Understanding of **bus operations, shift scheduling, and asset control**.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Transport Officer**, your duties will include:  

🚍 **Shift and Route Management:** Analyze and manage **bus shift schedules** and dispatch buses on time for shifts and private hires.  

📝 **Administrative Oversight:** Maintain **daily operational reports, leave planning, attendance tracking, and overtime control**.  

🛠 **Vehicle & Asset Monitoring:** Oversee **bus census, asset control, and breakdown reporting**.  

📡 **Communication & Coordination:** Interact with seniors, subordinates, and passengers via **two-way radio communication**.  

👥 **People Management:** Supervise **drivers** and ensure compliance with company policies and **road safety regulations**.
