## **Key Responsibilities**  

✅ **Customer Bookings:** Contact service customers to schedule bookings.  

✅ **Sales & Upselling:** Promote labor and parts sales to enhance service experience.  

✅ **Authorization & Estimates:** Obtain customer authorization for additional repairs and update them on costs and delivery times.  

✅ **Job Card Management:** Record customer instructions, approvals, and ensure job cards are accurately completed.  

✅ **Security & Compliance:** Secure vehicles in the workshop and obtain necessary approvals from service plans and warranty providers.  

✅ **Invoice Processing:** Ensure timely costing and invoicing of job cards, with all required documents signed.  

✅ **Follow-Ups:** Monitor outstanding payments and ensure customer satisfaction after service completion.

## **Minimum Requirements**  

✔ **Education:** Grade 12 certificate  

✔ **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor  

✔ **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Evolve, CMS, and OEM systems (advantageous)  

✔ **Customer Service:** Exceptional communication and customer service skills  

✔ **Computer Literacy:** Proficient in relevant software  

✔ **Integrity:** Clear criminal record
