## **Facilitator Job Requirements**
### **Minimum Qualifications:**
To be eligible for this role, you need:
✅ **Vocational qualification (per QCTO)** – one level higher than the facilitated subject
✅ **Facilitation qualification** or equivalent
✅ **ODETDP certification** or equivalent (advantageous)
✅ A **qualification in Business Administration, Management, or Generic Management**
### **Experience Required:**
✔ **3-5 years** of experience in **Human Resource Development (HRD) / Training & Development**
✔ **3-5 years** in **Learning & Development** (OBE SETA/NQF)
✔ **3-5 years** facilitating:
- **Business Administration NQF 3**
- **Management NQF 3**
- **Generic Management NQF 4**
