## **Minimum Requirements & Competencies**  

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:  

### **Education & Certification:**  

✅ **National Senior Certificate (Matric)** or equivalent  

✅ **Valid Code 10 Driver’s License**  

✅ **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** and general computer literacy  

### **Experience & Skills:**  

✔️ **Minimum 2 years of experience** in an operational role within the **transport/logistics industry**  

✔️ Ability to **work irregular hours** when required  

✔️ Strong **time management** and **organizational skills**  

✔️ **Multilingual abilities** and strong **interpersonal skills**  

✔️ **Excellent communication skills** – both **verbal and written**  

✔️ Strong **decision-making ability** based on operational knowledge  

✔️ **Target-driven**, with the ability to meet **deadlines and budgets**

## **Key Responsibilities**  

As an **Own Fleet Controller**, your duties will include:  

✅ **Supervising and optimizing fleet operations**, including compliance, route planning, and driver time management  

✅ Ensuring **maximum utilization of company assets** under your control  

✅ Performing **administrative duties**, including **daily, weekly, and monthly reporting**  

✅ Communicating with **drivers** to ensure **compliance and cooperation**  

✅ Reporting **incidents and accidents** to the **SHEQ department** and submitting relevant documentation
