## **Job Opportunity: Onsite Administrator (Pretoria)**  


Moso Consulting Services is seeking a highly motivated **Onsite Administrator** to join our team in **Pretoria**. This role reports directly to the **Senior Manager for Corporate Services** and plays a crucial part in supporting **medical aid scheme members**.  


### **Key Responsibilities**  


As an **Onsite Administrator**, you will:  


- Act as an interface between **members and medical aid schemes**.  

- Attend to **walk-in members**, assisting them with queries and concerns.  

- Advise members on selecting the most **suitable medical aid plans** based on their healthcare needs.  

- Resolve member queries efficiently and professionally.  

- Capture all queries into the **CRM system** and ensure they are updated in the **query spread report**.  

- Conduct **follow-ups on member queries** to ensure resolution.  

- Adhere to **internal workflow processes** and ensure compliance with **medical aid rules and client subsidies** under **SALGA (South African Local Government Association)**.  

- Ensure all **member information is managed according to POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) standards**.  

- Maintain knowledge of various **medical aid schemes**, including **Bonitas, LA Health, KeyHealth, Sizwe-Hosmed, and Samwumed**.

### **Technical Skills Required**  


Proficiency in the following software is essential:  


- **MS Word** (Intermediate level)  

- **MS Outlook** (Email and communication)  

- **MS Excel** (Data capturing and reporting)  


### **Qualifications & Requirements**  


- **Matric (Grade 12) Certificate**  

- **Post-matric qualification** (Preferred)  

- **RE 5 FAIS Regulatory Examination** (Mandatory)
