As a **Logistics Administrator**, your key responsibilities will include:  

✅ **Overseeing shipments & deliveries** – Ensure goods are transported efficiently and arrive on time.  

✅ **Monitoring inventory levels** – Keep accurate stock records and update inventory databases.  

✅ **Processing orders, invoices & shipping documents** – Handle documentation with precision.  

✅ **Coordinating with suppliers & transport providers** – Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.  

✅ **Resolving logistical challenges efficiently** – Troubleshoot any supply chain issues proactively.  

✅ **Maintaining accurate documentation** – Keep all records well-organized for compliance and efficiency.  

✅ **Utilizing logistics software & Microsoft Excel** – Work with digital tools to optimize logistics operations.  

✅ **Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations** – Stay updated with industry laws and standards.  

✅ **Collaborating within a team** – Work closely with different departments for seamless operations.  

## **Who Should Apply?**  

We are looking for a candidate who:  

✔ Has **experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field**  

✔ Possesses **strong organizational and problem-solving skills**  

✔ Is proficient in **Microsoft Excel and logistics software**
