## **Key Responsibilities**  

✅ Oversee and manage **large-scale landscaping projects**, ensuring they are completed **on time and within budget**.  

✅ Develop and execute **detailed project plans**, including scheduling, budgeting, and costing.  

✅ Supervise and coordinate **installation and maintenance teams**.  

✅ Ensure **high-quality workmanship** while adhering to industry best practices.  

✅ Maintain **effective communication** with clients, suppliers, and team members.  

✅ Oversee **procurement of materials** and allocate resources efficiently.  

✅ Implement and enforce **health & safety regulations** on-site.  

✅ Utilize **MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other relevant software** for project tracking and reporting.

## **Requirements**  

✔️ **Degree or Diploma** in **Landscaping, Horticulture, Project Management**, or a related field.  

✔️ **Minimum 8 years of experience** managing large landscaping projects.  

✔️ Strong **leadership and staff management skills**.  

✔️ Excellent **communication and problem-solving abilities**.  

✔️ Proficiency in **MS Project, Excel, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD**.  

✔️ Ability to work **independently, take initiative, and drive project success**.  

✔️ **Valid driver’s license** required.  

### **Bonus Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Required):**  

✅ **Pest Control Certificate** (Registered with the Department of Agriculture).  

✅ **Health & Safety Representative Certification**.
